Service Outage
There’s currently an outage with Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is affecting a number of apps and websites, including the Briiv app and our servers. This means some users may experience temporary issues with their units or the app.
The good news is that Amazon has already resolved the main problem, so everything should be back up and running soon. We’re keeping a close eye on things and will make sure services return to normal as quickly as possible.
