Briiv App Update
On Friday we released an app update to version 2.2.13.
- Synced the live sensor reading and the graphs
- Added time signifiers to the graph to help with legibility
- Fixed graph display issues
- Improved Android app compatibility for older devices
- Reduced speed delays including schedule saving
- Temperature displays in Fahrenheit as well as Celsius
The update did create an issue in which the schedule drop down menu no longer shows in full, but we'll get this patched ASAP!
As always we appreciate your reports in helping us to identify these issues and it means we can get them resolved quicker.

I noticed on the Briiv app on my iPad Pro, it does not have “Setting“ and “Air Quality” feature when you click on the Briiv profile. Only “Boost”, “Set Schedule”, and the filter use percentages. Are you working on adding that to the iPad compatible app version? I would use it on my android phone but it crashes every time I try to sign into it. I currently use lg v20, and the app doesn’t fit the screen. I’m guessing the app was made for the bigger phones. The bottom of the app disappears at the bottom. Hopefully that made sense.

Correction from my first post: On the Briiv Pro 2 profile, I now see the selection for “Settings” and “Air Quality” from my iPad Pro tablet.

Hi SARAH LEONE,
I'm glad to hear the Air Quality and Settings have loaded up for you! The app should be compatible with the iPad, but if you're having issues let us know.
Regarding the Android crashing we recently released an app update which should resolve this. Let us know if you give it a go!
The display issues are a bit tricky to get around as it can be part of the Android system settings rather than the app. That said, any reports on this including your phone type and even a screenshot are helpful for us.
Thanks,
Briiv

Hello, yes I already updated to Android app to the latest update and it still had the crashing issue just about every time I tried signing in. It usually crashes after I enter the 6-digit code. And even after I enter in the 6-digit code, I can’t tap the Sign In because it’s hidden below the screen. And I did try to make the overall screen size smaller on my phone but it didn’t solve the issue. I cannot move the white box up.
It might be worth noting that the android version is 7.0…. Bit of an old phone but I like being able to easily remove batteries.
I can at least use the app on the iPad Pro so I am glad about that :)
I have attached 3 screenshots of what it looks like on my Lg V20. Hope that helps!

Hi SARAH LEONE,
Thanks for confirming! Apologies for the delay, we had to look into this with our electronics engineer! This issue is likely due to the older OS version that's running on the phone. Unfortunately it can be very difficult to maintain the app for older operating systems while also keeping up with updates and new releases, especially as Android themselves no longer maintain this version.
I'm glad to hear you can still use the app on your iPad, and I think that's probably the best way forward for you!
