It's finally here, Briiv 2 and Briiv 2 Pro units are leaving the warehouse! Some of our UK customers are lucky enough to have received their units today! 

After a year of planning, testing, building, and re-building, we're finally at the fulfilment stage of our crowdfunding campaigns. We're so grateful for our backers on Kickstarter and Indiegogo as we simply wouldn't be here without you. 

So, with your Briiv 2 on the way what can you expect? We have a handy shipping tracker that you can check out here; just use your backer number from Kickstarter and Indiegogo to see what week we'll be shipping your order! 

We've also created some YouTube videos to help you out with initial set-up which you can see in a playlist here. 

Those who already have their order will know from the included letter than the final push for Briiv 2 was a little trickier than we'd originally anticipated, meaning there are a couple of features that are still being ironed out over the next few weeks. These are:

• 3rd Party API integration.
• Improving Wi-Fi connection process, making it much faster.
• Streamlining the connection to Alexa and making smart home integration much easier.
• Improving the display of the in-app graphs.
• Enhancing the live readings .
• General bug fixes within the Briiv app.

We're so sorry that we couldn't have all of these features ready, but we hope you understand the decision to get the units out to you sooner rather than later. 

We've also found that the Android app isn't working quite as smoothly on older devices as we'd hoped, but we're working to get this resolved ASAP! You'll still have the functionality, the processing time is just longer than we'd hoped for at this stage. 

We've ran a lot of troubleshooting scenarios over the past couple of weeks, but we know everyone might have different experiences so if you do run into any issues please drop us a comment or send the team an email on ask@briiv.co.uk. We also really appreciate your feedback, so send that our way too! 

As a small team, we're incredibly proud of what we've achieved with Briiv 2. Creating a connected air quality system and utilising circular design while we do is no small feat, and we really couldn't have done it without your support. Special thanks also goes to our developer Chris; this one-man-team has worked some magic in the background to get things up and running, and I wouldn't be surprised if all he sees from now on are ones and zeroes (and maybe a Briiv bird or two 🤔).
