Question
Hello,
One month in and we love it makes the kitchen dining room so fresh, but it's started turning itself off and turning the fan up to 75% on its own when I've set a schedule. Followed a few posts and checked firmware which is on 0.4.15.
Anyone else else having this issue before i email support.

Is this not a knowledge base? How does it help anyone to tell them to contact customer service rather than detailing the solution to their problem?

Generally yes, that is what we're trying to do here on the Briiv community! That said we don't have a lot of info in the above comment so it's difficult to diagnose the issue, and we may need sensitive information from Suzy which we wouldn't want to share on the forum 😊
