App Update!
Hi everyone!
An exciting update to let you know that both the Android and iOS apps have been updated to improve the scheduling process and fix some other known bugs. You can update your app from the app store, and you'll also want to make sure your firmware is on version 4.6 (you can check this by pressing and holding on your unit name in the app).
If you've been having any major issues, you might find it helpful to re-provision your unit and start from scratch; you can do this by pressing and holding '1' on your unit for 8 seconds and going through the set-up process again.

hi,
when i try to start boost mode nothing happens. briiv is connected to the network and reachable.
it is also on version 4.6
in the current state the device is useless, i cannot change anything throught the app and allways turning on by hand is not a real handy solution tbh.
and to prove that there is a connection i also did a tcpdump:

Hi Markus Langer,
I've got our engineer looking at this for you right now. Please can you send me an email with your serial number? You can do this by going to the app and clicking and holding on the unit name. The firmware version and serial number will then pop up, and you can just send a screenshot over of the page shown! Can you also let me know whether you're using the app on a phone or tablet, and what model/version you use?

any news…
the problem is still the same. i cannot adjust schedule, and i cannot adjust anything in the app.
when i change sth it has no effect on the briiv.

Hi Markus,
It looks like you need to get everything updated. I've sent you an email, but just in case you don't see that our engineer has had a look and he recommends the following actions:
- Delete your Briiv app
- Re-download the app
- Re-connect your Briiv to the app by pressing and holding 1 for eight seconds and following the set-up
- You should then be able to set your Briiv up and re-set your schedules.
This will ensure everything is up-to-date for you, and should resolve the problems you're seeing.

it is still not working.
- i deleted the app.
- i reconnected briiv to wifi
i change fan speed in the app, but nothing is happening. if i change stuff per hand on the briiv itself i can see the change in the app…but i cannot control anything from the app.
this is still not solved
