App Update
We know many of you have been waiting some time for an update on our app and some of the connection issues many of you have been having.
First, we would like to address the overall struggle we have had with the launch of our app. As a company, we understand there are still issues and bugs that need to be worked on, but please be assured we are actively working on them.
Your ongoing patience and support is greatly appreciated and we can't emphasise this enough. We realise this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience for many of you and we don't take this lightly, so thank you again for bearing with us.
The Good News
As of a couple of months ago, we have officially hired a new company to take on our app! This company specialises in app development and will have dedicated team working on the Briiv app. This being said, we hope to bring you the much awaited news of a full-functioning bug-free app later this year. There is also potential for brand new app altogether. We're feeling extremely optimistic about our new partnership and can't wait to give you all the app you deserve!
Even so, we are consistently working on any issues or bugs that get reported to us, which means bug fixes are often released to your Briiv units. With this ongoing work, and if you are still experiencing issues, it's always worth rebooting your Briiv and giving it a chance to upload any fixes.
As a reminder, the app versions currently in use are 1.5 for iPhone and 1.7 for Android.
What to Expect
From now on, we will be posting in this forum whenever we have some kind of app update information, just so you're kept in the loop of this process. This will include any recent bug fixes, or issues many of you seem to be having and troubleshooting steps to solve these.
