Using with a smart socket

I really like the look of the briiv and I'm considering buying one. One thing that is holding me back is it's smart integration, specifically being able to turn it on when an air quality monitor (such as Awair) detects poor air quality and off when a monitor detects good air quality. If briiv is plugged in to a smart socket (such as Tapo), will briiv start purifying as soon as the smart socket switches on or will briiv also need to be told to start purifying?.

Thanks for your compliments 😊. Not at the moment, that will reset the device if power is lost, and will require a manual operation or set schedule to begin purifying. We are looking at smart integration options and air quality monitors for the future of briiv however and possible backward compatibility with original units.
