Briiv is not showing up when added to the app

After the connection process has been completed, if the device does not show up automatically then we suggest waiting for about 30 seconds and then refreshing the app homepage by swiping down. You can also increase the fan speed on the unit using the touch controls, wait another moment, and refresh again. The unit should now appear in the app.
