    Hi Patrick Warner,

    Can you confirm you have a 2.0 or 3.0 Briiv and are using the Briiv 2.0 app? You can check your unit by looking at the serial number on the underside of the base, and this is the Briiv 2.0 app. You also need to ensure you're close enough to your router to establish a strong connection. 

    If you're still having issues I'd recommend sending a screen recording over to our customer service team on ask@briiv.co.uk and they can assist!
