Your one time log-in code will be emailed to your chosen email address, so check your spam and junk folders for an email from '[e-mail]' with the subject line "🐣 Briiv login code: XXXXXX". 

If you still haven't received the email, try typing in your email address manually without using the autofill function in the app.
