If the app hasn't been active for a while you may open it and find that changes you make on the app are not reflected on the unit, and vice versa.
If this happens, we recommend closing the app and power cycling your unit but unplugging it for about 1 minute. Plug the unit back in, and re-open and refresh the app. The unit should now be reconnected to the app, and you can use the app to control your unit again.
