How do I use fragrance with my Briiv 2?

Essential oils can be added to Briiv 2 so that after all of the harmful particulates have been removed, you can add natural fragrance oil to freshen up and give your space a new lease on life.

1. Remove the glass, moss, and coconut from the Briiv 2 to reveal the small well next to the filter. Do not remove the nano matrix filter for this.
2. Take the fragrance stick with the attached fragrance bud and the essential oil of your choice. Add up to 10 drops of essential oil directly to the fragrance bud on the stick. Do not use more than 10 drops of fragrance.
3. (Note: Do not pour essential oil directly into the well as this may overflow and cause damage to your Briiv 2 or the surface Briiv 2 is standing on).
4. Put the fragrance stick, bud down, into the well.
5. Replace the glass and filters.
6. Tun on Briiv 2 to allow the fragrance to disperse.

We recommend that one fragrance is used per bud, but each bud can continue to be used and refilled as desired.

Changing the fragrance bud

Each bud can be removed from the stick. Hold onto the handle of the metal stick and unscrew the fragrance bud.

A new bud can then be screwed on for use with a different fragrance.

Cleaning the fragrance chamber

Use the included cleaning sticks to clean the fragrance chamber periodically or if fragrance is spilled into the well.

Turn off Briiv 2 and unplug. Put the cleaning stick into the well as far as it can go, then let it absorb any residual fragrance. Repeat as many times as necessary to absorb any spillage.
