If you return your order due to retailer error or product faults, your refund will be processed when the item is received into our warehouse and the error or fault is confirmed.
If you return your order for any other reason it will need to be assessed by our quality team. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed in no more than 10 working days from the date received in our warehouse, and will be issued to the original payment method. If your return is not accepted, our team will be in touch.
