If you no longer want to keep your item, you'll need to complete our returns form to begin the returns process. Our customer service team will get in touch within 5 working days to let you know if your return is accepted.
You must be within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it for a full refund to be processed. This means that filters should be unopened, clean, and undamaged in order to receive a refund upon receipt back to us. Each item will be inspected and a refund only given if we are satisfied the item has not been used. If your filters are used, a partial refund may be granted.
Where the buyer has changed their mind about their purchase and wishes to return the item for reasons outside of faults or retailer error, the buyer pays return postage.
All returns require a proof of purchase.
